1. At first put a pan on the gas and roaste the breads by applying garlic butter on both sides of it.
2. In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add chopped onion, garlic paste, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix it well.
3. In a pan on medium flame, add 1 teaspoon butter, let melt it, add egg mixture in it and make a circle of mixture for making an omlet.
4. While spreading egg mixture, put roasted breads on it on parallel sides.
5. Put 1-1 cheese slices on each bread.
6. Cut the omlet from inside of the breads to halve omlet.
7. Put the breads on each other and adjust them properly.
8. Turn on each side and bake until omlet get light brown.
9. Put it in a plate and cut it like a sandwich.
