- First to making crystal dough…Add both flour and salt in a bowl and knead it with hot water..Use tsp of oil while kneading…And make a dough…Cover it with plastic wrap for 10min.
- After that roll out the dough and cut it into pieces.
- Make them round and cover with plastic wrap (shouldn't be dry)
- Sprinkle some flour on board roll with rolling pin (roti sized)… Preheat a steamer and place one rolled roll and cover it….Cook for 7-8 min…The skin will turn clear when they are steamed…Make all crystal paper in same way and store.
- Now for making Grilled chickpeas + paneer filling….Add all ingredients of filling in a bowl mix well add hung curd and mix…Grill for 10-12 min.
- To assemble… Chickpeas filling roll…Take one prepared crystal paper roll… Spread green chutney over it… place the filling…Roll it…And secure it with toothpick….Done.
- For fruit filling— same take a prepared crystal roll and place chopped fruits over it…And make a packet… Secure with toothpick.
- Now for egg bhurji wrap –In a bowl whisk eggs…Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil and pour beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked…Add salt and pepper..Mix well…And let it cool..And in egg bhurji add finely chopped tomatoes and mix…Keep aside.
- Making egg bhurji wrap– from same dough…Take a small piece of roll…And roll it with rolling pin (puri sized)..Place egg filling on one side and cover… seal the edges with the help of little water and give it a shape…In same way place egg wraps in steamer and cook for 7-8 min..Or until it gets crystal clear skin.
- All crystal paper wraps and rolls are ready…Dunk it with ur favorite sauce..And fill it with more different fillings to ur taste/choice….And enjoy.
