  2. Melt stick of butter and sauté onions till soft then add flour to make a rue. Add mustard. Mix together.
  3. Add broth and mik to rue slowly.. Stirring constantly. Let slightly bubble..stirring frequently. Then add Velveeta cheese in pieces while stirring to melt.
  4. Add sauce to cooked pasta. Combine. Mix then top with shredded cheese, sprinkle with Paprika.
  5. Bake in oven till cheese turns slightly brown and bubbly
