The ingredients needed to make Cheese Chilli:
- Prepare 250 gms cheese
- Take 1 capsicum
- Prepare 2 onion
- Make ready 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli, black pepper powder
- Get 1 tsp soya & tomato sauce
- Make ready 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Prepare To taste salt
- Take 2 tsp cornflour
- Prepare some Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Cheese Chilli:
- Take a big bowl add cornflour, salt, black pepper powder and mix all spices and heat oil in a pan and then dip cheese cubes in batter and deep fry.
- And then take another side take a wok add oil and heat it add ginger and garlic paste and then add chopped capsicum, onion and cooked it for 2 mins.
- Now add cheese cubes, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, red chilli powder and blk pepper powder and mix it well.
- Now take a bowl add water and corn flour mix it and pour in wok and cook it 2-3 min and cheese chilli is ready and serve it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
