- Prepare 3 oz ground beef

- Preheat oven to 425°F. When oven reaches temp, place french fries on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
- Cook ground beef in frying pan over medium heat. When meat has reached 155°F, add parmesan cheese, black pepper, basil, and thyme. Stir together
- Dice veggies, cut mushroom into thin strips.
- When done, remove fries from oven and shift into small bread pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired. Cover with sauce, cheese, veggies/mushrooms. Return to oven for 6-8 minutes, making sure mushrooms are fully cooked before eating.
