The ingredients needed to make Rasabali:
  1. Prepare 1 cup cottage cheese/ paneer
  2. Take 1 tbsp wheat flour/ atta
  3. Make ready 1 tsp semolina/ suji
  4. Get 1 tsp powdered sugar
  5. Take 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Get 1/4 cup sugar
  7. Take 500 ml full creame milk
  8. Make ready strands Saffron
  9. Prepare Handful dry fruits like cashews, pista, almonds
  10. Take As needed Refined oil for frying
Instructions to make Rasabali:
  1. In a mixing bowl add cottage cheese,wheat flour, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1tsp powdered sugar & mix them well.
  2. Knead it thoroughly to a smooth & soft mixture.Then divide the mixture into equal portions & shape each into flatten tikkis.
  3. Heat a heavy bottom pan, add the milk & bring it to a boil by stirring frequently.
  4. Add sugar, saffron,cardamom powder & boil the milk in low flame till it reduce to half.
  5. Heat refined oil in a kadai & deepfry all the tikkis till they turn to golden brown.
  6. Then remove the fried rasabali from the oil & drop them one by one to the hot milk.
  7. Once all the tikkis are added,remove the milk from the flame.
  8. Decorate with the dry fruits,spun sugar & tuile.
  9. Serve the delicious rasabali chilled.
