- Take 3 Boiled, peeled and grated potaotes -

- Dip breads in the water lightly.. Press..squeeze and remove all the water (no water should be there otherwise you wont be able to stuff cheese). mix them nicely
- Put grated potatoes also in it and make a perfect dough. Mix salt and other optional items except oil and cheese. let it rest for few minutes.
- Now take a small amount of dough. Make a small ball. Stuff grated cheese. Close the edges properly.
- Make all cheese balls like this. Now heat the oil and deep fry these balls till brown golden color, first at high then medium.
- Immediately Serve these balls to kids hot
