  3. Add salt, pepper, and lots of yellow cheddar cheese. - Tip - At this stage, you can also add chilli flakes, oregano or mixed herbs. - Tip - If yellow cheddar cheese isnโ€™t available, use processed cheese and pinch of yellow food colour.
  4. Once cheese is melted, turn off the flame.
