  1. (Pizza dough)sieve the maida in a separate plate add oil and salt to it. Mix them well.knead the maida mix with the yeast water for about 5-7minutes untill it gets smooth.grease the smooth dough with some oil and keep it away for about 2-3hours covered with fresh clean towel.place the bowl at a warm place.within 2-3hours the dough will rise up and get double in quantity.pizza dough is ready to make pizza
  2. Take the pizza dough and roll it with hands in a round shape.dust a maida and roll it into 8inch round disc on a rolling board.the pizza base should be thick from the corners.
  3. Wash and slice onion and capsicum into a small pieces.
  4. Preheat the oven 220 degree celsius.
  5. Soread some dry maida on the baking tray and put the pizza base in it.top up the pizza base with pizza sauce spread the evenly in all directions.place the onion,capsicum at little distance grated mozzerella cheese over the vegetables in all directions.sprinkle salt,black pepper over the cheese
