- Debone chicken and discard skin.
- Finely chop chicken checking for and removing small bones.
- Add in a large bowl chicken, buffalo sauce, pepper, cheese and green onions.
- Roll 1 in. Balls of mixture. Roll each ball in flour, then roll in eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.
