- Get Box Macaroni noodles-Cooked
- Prepare 8 oz Cheddar cheese
- Take Block Velvetta Cheese
- Prepare 1-2 cups Milk
- Prepare 1-2 cup flour
- Get 1 -white onion
- Make ready 2 T mustard or Honey Dijon Mustard
- Take 1/2 TSP paprika
- Get 8 oz chicken broth
Instructions to make Macaroni & Cheese:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt stick of butter and sauté onions till soft then add flour to make a rue. Add mustard. Mix together.
- Add broth and mik to rue slowly.. Stirring constantly. Let slightly bubble..stirring frequently. Then add Velveeta cheese in pieces while stirring to melt.
- Add sauce to cooked pasta. Combine. Mix then top with shredded cheese, sprinkle with Paprika.
- Bake in oven till cheese turns slightly brown and bubbly
