  2. Take Burger buns

Steps to make Double cheese burger:
  1. To the ground beef season with salt and pepper. Roll two handful of the beef into a ball then gently press to flatten. The patties should be slightly larger than the burger buns as they tend to shrink when grilling. Brush both sides of the patty with oil. Meanwhile heat your grilling pan.
  2. Slice the onion and tomatoes and pickles. Spread both buns with BBQ sauce and a touch of mustard. When the pan is hot reduce the heat and grill the patties at least 7 mins each side. Grill the onion slices also for flavour, on the same pan besides the patties.
