  2. Cut the onions and garlics into thin strips as well and chop the ham (couper les oignons et l'ail de la meme maniere puis couper le lardon)
  3. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the ham until golden (dans une poele, faire chauffer l'huile puis faire dorer le lardon)
  4. Add the onions and garlics and stir, then add the carrot. Season with salt and pepper. (Ajouter les oignons et l'ail et melanger puis ajouter les carottes. Assaisoner.)
  5. Stir for 1 or 2 min then add 2 spoons of water to make the carrot softer. Let it cook until all the water evaporates. (Melanger pendant 1 a 2 min puis ajouter 2 cuilleres a soupe d'eau pour attendrir les carottes. Laisser cuire jusqu'a ce que l'eau s'evapore.)
  6. Add the bell pepper, stir and add cumin, turmeric and chili powder. Stir until the vegetables are soft and check the seasoning. (Ajouter les poivrons, melanger et ajouter le cumin, le curcuma et la poudre de piment. Melanger jusqu'a ce que les legumes soient tendre et rectifier l'assaisonement si necesaire)
  7. Fry a tortilla without oil for 1 to 2 min in a non-adhesive pan. (Cuire la tortilla sans huile dans une poele non adhesive pendant 1 a 2 min)

  9. Add cheese on top. (Ajouter le fromage sur le dessus).

  11. Cover for 1 to 2 mn to let the cheese melt. (couvrir pendant 1 a 2 min pour laisser le fromage fondre)
  12. Once both sides cooked, serve and cut. Eat while warm, then repeat from step 7 to make the second serving. (Une fois cuite des 2 cotes, servir et partager. Deguster pendant que c'est chaud et repeter a partir de l'etape 7)
