1. Spread a piece of clean kitchen handkerchief in a strainer, pour the milk inside it and leave until all the water is strained
1. Add salt and chia seed then mix well
1. Cover it and put a heavy weight on top of it and leave overnight until all the water is strained and cheese is shaped
1. Put the cheese in a container and leave it in the fridge for some hours to cool down
