  2. Get to taste Salt n freshly ground white pepper
  3. Get 1 tsp Red Chillie powder

Steps to make Cheese Omlette:
  1. Beat egg in a bowl with a whisk for a few mins to make omlette fluffy n add salt, red chillie powder,white pepper n onion, tomato n green chillies.
  2. In a pan put butter n melt it n pour the mixture in it and twirl the pan so the bottom is evenly covered with the mixture.
  3. Cook for 1 min until eggs start to set.
  4. Lift edges with the spatula n tilt the pan so the uncooked egg mixture run towards the bottom of the pan to set n no visible liquid egg remains.
  5. Carefully flip omlette n cook for another 30 secs.
  6. Now place cheese slice over it cook for 20 secs
