Instructions to make Cheese burger:
  1. Prepare burger cutlet first. Heat a pan, pour some oil, add onion in it and fry it and then add peas in it.
  2. Roast then together, add potato, spices and 1 tbsp bread crumbs. Mix all together and roast properly.
  3. Divided the dough into two equal parts. Make cutlet out of it.
  4. Now mix maida and water together with some salt and red chilli powder.
  5. Dip cutlet into maida paste and roll it on bread crumbs. And then de fry them till they become golden brown.
  6. Now prepare burger sauce..Mix all the ingredients together. Our sauce is ready and keep it aside.
  7. Now take burger, divide the burger into 2 parts. First apply burger sauce on one side of burger.
  8. Then keep cutlet in middle of it, apply cheese slice on cutlet.
  9. Now keep onion and tomato on it.
  10. Apply butter on another side and burger. And covered it.
  11. Heat a pan and roast burger on it with the help of little butter. And served with tomato ketchup.
