- Get 2 med sized Capsicum Finely Chopped
- Get 2 med Sized Onions Finely Chopped
- Get 4 cubes Amul Processed Cheese
- Make ready 12 side cut bread slices

- Step 01 : PREPARATION OF STUFFING - In a bowl add finely chopped onion + finely chopped capsicum + salt(use moderately as cheese is already salty)+ black pepper +4 cubes amul grated cheese
- Step 02 : ASSEMBLY- Take a bread slice soak in a lil water not too much and squeeze out extra water, stuff the stuffing and form a ball out of bread like we do in bread rolls.
- Step03 : FRYING- Deep Fry these balls in hot oil on med to high flame untill golden brown in colour.
- Step 04 : Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
