- Prepare 4 boiled potatoes
- Make ready 3 tbsp grated cheese
- Prepare 3 tbsp bread crumbs

- First mash the potatoes
- Add 3tbsp bread crumbs, salt black pepper powder.1/2tsp chilli flakes,garlic,ginger and mix well
- Make small rounds and keep aside
- Now make very small rounds of grated cheese and keep aside
- Take one potato ball press and keep one cheese ball in the centre and cover it very well
- Do the same process with remaining balls
- Mix corn flour with water and make a very thin slurry.
- In a plate take 1tbsp bread crumbs chilli flakes and garlic and mix
- Dip the ball in corn flour slurry and coat them in bread crumbs.
- Coat the bread crumb to all the balls and keep it in fridge for 20-30mins.
- Heat a non-stick pan… brush with little oil and shallow fry all the cheese balls
- OR brush a appe pan with oil and put balls in each cavity…do not cover.flip and fry from all the sides.
- Ready…serve with tomato ketchup.
