The ingredients needed to make Cheese chilli:
  1. Get 200 gms paneer
  2. Get 3 tbsp Cournflour
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  4. Take 1 diced capsicum
  5. Prepare 1 diced onion
  6. Prepare As required Oil
  7. Prepare 1 green chilli
  8. Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  10. Take 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Take 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  13. Make ready As per taste Salt
Instructions to make Cheese chilli:
  1. Cut paneer into cubes.. Marinate it with 2 tbsp cournflour, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1/2 spoon salt and few drops of water.
  2. Take a pan, add oil and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes. Keep them aside.
  3. Now in order to prepare the gravy. Make a solution of 1 tbsp cournflour and 1/2 cup water.
  4. Make a solution of 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1/2cup water.
  5. Take a pan. Put 2 tbsp oil, heat it and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, diced capsicum and onion and chopped green chilli. Saute well.
  6. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and mix them well.
  7. After 2 minutes add red chilli solution. Mix them well.
  8. Add fried paneer and saute them.
  9. At last add cournflour solution and salt (as per taste).
  10. Add water if required.. Cover the pan with a lid.. Keep it on high flame for 30seconds.
  11. Cheese chilli is ready to serve. Have it with fried rice or chowmein.
