- Prepare 4 Flour Tortillas
- Take 2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese

- Make ready 2 tbsp vegetable oil (approx)

- Put oil in a large frying pan and heat on med/high
- Open cans of beans and drain mose of the liquid. When oil is hot add your beans
- Take either a potato masher or a fork and start smashen! (Add water if they start getting dry.) When they are almost to a smooth consistency add salt/pepper and cream cheese. Then continue to mix till creamy and smooth.
- Open you can of enchilada sauce and warm up in a medium pot.
- Warm tortillas till they are flexible without breaking
- Add preferred amount of beans and 1/4 cup of cheese to each tortilla and roll um up. Then add enchilada sauce on top then top it off with a 1/4 of cheese and ENJOY!
