- Take 1.5 cup gram flour
- Get to taste Salt
- Take Cooking oil for deep frying

- In a mixing bowl add cabbage, onion, potatoes, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,gram flour to taste salt some little water mix it well and combine everything.
- Then drop it in small pieces in hot oil and deep fry until it becomes crispy and golden brown colour on medium heat.
- Now drain them on a kitchen tissue.
- Now add same wok put 2 green chilli stir fry it and drain them on kitchen tissue.
- Take pac cut in to half portion then apply some melted butter.
- Now put schezwan sauce and spread evenly.
- Now spread some grated cheese and stuff some fried frriters and green chili.
- Top grease with some remaining butter and grill it for 3 to 4 min.
- Now take out from microwaves and enjoy with ginger tea or coffee.
